It would appear that Conor McGregor is itching for a fight, and he’d like it to be against the UFC’s newly crowned interim lightweight champion, Justin Gaethje.
McGregor (22-4) took to social media on Monday to offer his thoughts on the 155-pound landscape.

A former two-weight champion, McGregor demanded to fight Gaethje next. Gaethje is coming off a fifth-round TKO of Tony Ferguson at UFC 249, which took place Saturday without a crowd present because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Gaethje is expected to face undisputed champion Khabib Nurmagomedov in a unification bout next.
