NBC DFW5 is covering the Metrocare fundraiser so I’m sure there will be an interview with Dak later today. He did speak briefly at a yoga session at the Star yesterday for Mental Health Month. He talked about his depression back in 2020 and dated it to 2-2.5 weeks before Jace’s death. That puts it smack around the Natalie bday fiasco. Different from what he’s said before.
He's been making the rounds locally. I saw him on the GMA BBQ challenge. He chose the right competitor, lol. I like Smokey Johns, especially their brisket!
Dak looked like his old self. He seemed light and playful, same as he looked at the CCF Gala. Natalie's new found independence is working for him, too.
Laura Harris was the ‘emcee of the Metrocare event. She has pics and a link to the Dak interview on her IG page. He knows the pull/power being the QB of the Cowboys has and is using it to be seen in a very positive way. The BBQ challenge was fun.
I saw a big difference in Dak 2022 and Dak 2021. Last year he seemed to be uneasy doing pressers at times. About this time last year he asked the media to bury the injury and got some negative comments. I think all season he struggled to put that behind him. He seems happy to be at events this year. And no Natalie anywhere around.
This Natalie looks very much like Natalie before Dak. She’s traveling, shopping and at her condo. Last night, she and Court were at the condo—-not at the Palace to say goodbye to her “bf” when she’s going away for a month.
I did mean to ask if y'all saw Courtney's story the other day when she posted to "be kind" because you don't know what someone is going through.
I wonder if she meant Natalie?
I remember the comment. In following Court, she and Natalie seem to be clinging to each other. Court certainly knows what’s going on with Natalie/Dak. This time last year, Natalie, Court and Dak were going to Mav playoff games and Rangers games. Dak sure can go this year (haven’t seen him at any), but it will be solo and nothing wrong with that.
There’s certainly a different dynamic this year. I did see Natalie recently followed Candice Romo and Momma E. Neither has followed her back. Swing and a MISS.

And she seems determined to show she’s not at the Palace. Looking back, it seemed she spent a lot of time at the Palace after Jace died until Nov/Dec 2021. She went out of her way to put up meaningless stories with a shot of the backyard, the bedroom w/Beanie or kitchen to let everyone know she was with Dak.
She rarely showed the condo—-a couple pics from her IG room (LOL), but that was it. Now, the pics she shows are from the condo. The last pic from the Palace was the shot of Beanie in the backyard on Easter. That seemed odd since some of Dak’s family were there and she was sitting there by herself.
On Monday, Court had a pic in her story of Natalie’s luggage at the condo. Court has also mentioned going to hang with Natalie on other evenings. I’ve noticed Natalie has followed quite a few wealthy influencers in Dallas that she’s been spending time with. She did dump a lot of people from her follow list, but that list is growing again. Maybe she’s putting some of them back in her follows? She and Court are following the same people just like Natalie did with Dak.

Have you noticed we never see Zeke’s fam with Dak? We see pics of Dak/Zeke at the Star, but nothing with Zeke’s fam. Momma E and Zeke’s sisters were at most of the home games and they sure never sat with Natalie. Halle certainly keeps her distance.
BTW—-The stories of the Buffet lake house are gorgeous. I wouldn’t even try to guess how much that cost.

She is pretty. Doesn’t seem like she’s really dated anyone since the A. Hammer mess. She said in a story she liked being single and wasn’t looking for a long term relationship. When someone says that, they usually are thinking the opposite.

Natalie and Court wasted no time getting out on the lake. Spent most of the day/evening on the boat. Joined by 2 guys and then after dark looked like 4 guys. Natalie was doing a little dancing with 1 guy. @katehollet has most of the video in her stories.

They all were in Vegas together, but Natalie and Holly tagged along last July. I can’t remember when the group all got away together as just the D4B crew. COVID and Dak’s injury put a stop to it I’m sure. Maybe Dak decided on a group trip in the spring instead of right before training camp like last year. I wouldn’t be surprised if he took some of the O line and others on a fishing trip at some date like he did in the past.
Tad has a video up from this am. They are in Breckinridge CO. There is spring skiing, but the snow is not very good. Certainly lots of other things to do though. Looks like Tad is the official videographer. He tagged everyone, but you don’t see Dak (he’s sitting with his back to the camera talking to Brian Egan on the plane).

Friday night and Natalie put a new pic in her gallery. It’s her and Court dressed up to go out standing by the lake. Looks like more of Natalie having her “me” year. Natalie has her hair the way it was done for the Bieber concert. Very meh——of course, no filters.
Dak liked the pic and no comment. Court has it as a story, will see if she puts it in her gallery. Natalie’s follows have dropped to 76.9.
