Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay is a guy who is used to living by his own rules. So when he tweeted out his own definition of what it would take to be the greatest NFL franchise of all-time, we weren’t that surprised.
Irsay isn’t impressed with the Patriots six Super Bowl wins in the last 17 years or the fact that they’ve won three out of the last five. According to Jim, the G.O.A.T. will win three Super Bowls in a row.
The G.O.A.T. Standard for NFL Teams is simple and I’ve discussed the seemingly impossible goal with many in NFL circles over the last half of Century- 3 World Championships in a row- NO ONE’S DONE IT!? Colt’s Fans Dream Boldly???

This level of hatred displayed by Irsay is impressive. We get it, you’re not going to admit what most of is have already realized, the Patriots are the greatest NFL franchise of all-time.
Now all the Colts have to do is figure out how to beat the Patriots and then take home the first Super Bowl of three in a row. Seems easy enough.
It’s a wildly insane announcement and we have no choice but to respect it. This is next level refusing to kiss the rings.
