Philip Rivers has been linked to the Colts for weeks now. He is a confirmed target of Indianapolis and the two sides are reportedly in talks.
If they can agree on money then Rivers will likely be a Colt. If not, there are a couple of other options, one of those is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
