Technically it was a pro-Urban Meyer rally. But if you’re supporting a guy who didn’t fire a man after multiple domestic violence accusations, then what’s really the difference?

Meyer is currently on administrative leave while the university imvestigates whether or not he handle domestic violence accusations against an assistant coach Zach Smith properly.
Meyer fired the coach three years after the fact, because a reporter uncovered the accusations against him. Even if he did properly report the incidents, which is still a question to be answered, he didn’t have to keep Smith employed, especially after multiple accusations.
But hey if people supported Joe Paterno at Penn State and Michigan State’s Tom Izzo, who still has a job, then people will support anybody. It must just be how they roll in the Big 10.
