Colin Kaepernick posted a video on Thursday of himself working out with his former 49ers teammate and the first guy to join his National Anthem protest, Eric Reid.
In the video the former 49ers quarterback is throwing absolute lasers to the Panthers safety.
Kaepernick is in great shape and has clearly been working on his game despite not receiving another opportunity in the NFL.
