The Miami Dolphins traded Ryan Tannehill to the Tennessee Titans on Friday. A day after Teddy Bridgewater turned them down and resigned with the New Orleans Saints.
The two moves have left the Dolphins with a vacant starting quarterback job. According to Jason La Confora, Colin Kaepernick is interested in the job.
Not only that, Kaepernick has been training and is ready to go.
Reached out to source close to @Kaepernick7 and asked if he was interested in filling Miami QB vacancy. Was told “yes, he’s training hard and ready to play” could get interesting

That would be an interesting signing, but one that could be beneficial for both sides.
The Dolphins are looking for a quarterback to keep the seat warm while they search for a young franchise quarterback. Kaepernick needs an opportunity to reestablish himself in the league.
This might be the blackballed QB’s best shot at getting back into the league. We’ll have to wait and see who Miami decides to bring in.
