The 2019-20 NBA season has been suspended, and it’s still unclear as to exactly when the league will resume play once again, due to a pandemic that has swept the world.

So for now, players are working out at home, trying to remain in shape as best they can, texting with teammates and coaches to check in and make sure they’re following it correctly. As for coaches and executives, well, they’re shacked up watching film on their opponents, projecting who they might square off against in the playoffs during various rounds. There’s no definitive answer as to who will play against who, but it wouldn’t be wise to waste precious time, and the more seasoned and successful coaches and executives will find a way to get a leg up on their competition — just like Bill Belichick has been known to do in the NFL.

And that’s why the teams with the best coaching staffs and the most veteran leaders on their roster have the best chance of winning the 2019-20 NBA title (assuming the season is completed at some point), according to betting odds, and this bonus code. Veterans know how to prepare for the postseason dance, and they can also make changes on the fly — making due, no matter what obstacles are thrown their way. On the other side of the fence, the younger and less experienced guys will struggle to focus on the task at hand, instead worrying more about the changes in playoff format — rather than the matchups.

That’s why the Lakers and Clippers are the two teams with the best chance to win the NBA title.

These two teams, after all, have two of the three best players in the world — both of whom have won multiple NBA titles. LeBron James has won three (two with the Heat, one with the Cavs), and Kawhi Leonard has won two (one with the Spurs, one with the Raptors). They also have extremely deep coaching staffs and advisors, with guys like Tyronn Lue and Jason Kidd having already served as head coaches — as well as having played in the league for long stretches.

Sure, the Bucks have reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, but he’s never gotten out of the second round, and around him is a number of role players — with an inexperienced coach in Mike Budenholzer calling the shots.

We still have no idea when the NBA season will resume, but odds are likely that it will at some point this summer, even if it happens in August, and begins with the playoffs. We do know that the Lakers and Clippers are best positioned to win it all.
