It’s been a busy off-season for forward/center Patrick Patterson.  He was released by Thunder shortly after his friend Paul George was traded and joined him with the Clippers shortly after.

Then in August, Patterson and his fiancee Sarah Nassar tied the knot.  From there the two have been enjoying plenty of vacation time together before the start of the NBA season.

Recently on their extended off-season honeymoon Nassar decided to do a little topless sunbathing.
