Clemson freshman quarterback Trevor Lawrence left his first start early after taking a huge hit to the head and neck area.  He was down for several minutes before being taken to the medical tent for further evaluation.

That’s unfortunate for Clemson.  They’re left with only freshman QBs after their former starter Kelly Bryant announced his transfer when Lawrence was given the starting QB job.

Clemson is in real trouble and could be upset.  Syracuse leads the game 16-7 at halftime.
