Clemson head football coach Dabo Swinney spent some time with the St. Louis Cardinals organization on Sunday.  He addressed the team for about an hour before taking some batting practice on the field.

The 49-year-old is an athlete and judging by his swing he played a little baseball at some point in his life.  From the reaction of those watching his BP session it sounds like Swinney hit a couple of balls that came close to leaving the park.

After his round of batting practice, Dabo joked that Kyler Murray didn’t have anything on him, because he got called up.

There’s nothing like beating Alabama to win a Nation Championship.  But getting to take some hacks with a Major League Baseball team is pretty sweet.  Especially if you’re like Dabo and have a swing worthy of batting practice.
