Packers rookie Rashan Gary was drafted to replace longtime pass rusher Clay Matthews, who signed a two-year deal with Rams in the off-season.  On Monday, Green Bay posted a picture of Gary in his new uniform with the number 52.

Gary is replacing Matthews in more ways than one.  The former Packer saw the post and responded to it by saying, “The body’s not even cold yet lol.”

Matthews added the “lol” at the end, but we know deep down it really hurt.  If it didn’t he wouldn’t have responded.

I can’t wait for the commercials with Gary and Aaron Rodgers that are probably being filmed as we speak.  Those are going to be amazing.
