Basketball star Chris Paul listed his 10,000-square-foot home in Houston for $8.3 million, listing records show.

After being traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder last month, the former Houston Rockets point guard is leaving H-Town.

He didn’t own this massive mansion for very long, the residence last changed hands in April 2018.

Although the price Paul paid is undisclosed, the home was on the market for $6.9 million.

Paul has played the real estate game before. As a Los Angeles Clipper, he sold a mansion in Bel Air for a reduced $8.7 million in 2017. He had first placed it on the market for $11.5 million in 2016. Singer Avril Lavigne had sold him the sprawling estate in 2012.

Then, in 2017, Paul offered up his Woodland Hills home for $2.2 million, which is now off market.

He purchased the brand-new digs in 2014 for $1.775 million. The perennial All-Star also has owned a Calabasas pad, which he snapped up in 2017 for $9 million.

You need money to make money, and CP3 has plenty of money.

Happy Real Estate hunting in OKC.
