Chiefs wide receiver De’Anthony Thomas re-fractured his leg on Thursday at practice when one of his teammates stepped on the back of his leg. He originally injured the leg late last season.

The injury isn’t expected to require surgery. Although surgery isn’t expected, the injury will likely land him on IR.
That’s unfortunate news for a guy who worked so hard to get back from the injury. Hopefully he’ll be able to fully recover this time around.
