Carson Wentz got knocked out of the game and the playoffs in one day.
However, after receiving a helmet to helmet hit from Jadeveon Clowney late in the first quarter that wasn’t even called by the officials, Wentz was forced to leave the game with a head injury that he suffered during the cheap shot from the Seahawks’ defensive end.

On Monday, the Eagles were back at the stadium cleaning out their lockers and guard Brandon Brooks mentioned that Wentz stuck around after Sunday’s loss and went around the room to personally apologize to every single player.
