Carlos Gonzalez Hit a Rocket That Knocked Albert Pujols’ Glove Off

Rockies outfielder Carlos Gonzalez hit an absolute rocket to Angels first baseman Albert Pujols.  The ball knocked Pujols’ glove right off his hand.

CarGo ended up on first with a hit and Pujols ended up with a sore hand.  Was the ball hit that hard or is Phat Albert too old to be playing the field?

Depending on how you look at it this play is either really impressive or really sad.  I’m going with a little of both. 

If we’re being honest it’s probably time to take Pujols’ glove away.  He can still hit a little so it’s not time to take away his bat just yet.
