This is a loss that Aaron Boone has to own.  He made a pitching change in the 5th inning that changed the game an likely cost the Yankees the game.  He pulled a cruising Chad Greene with one out in the 5th inning and brought in Adam Ottavino.  The first pitch Ottavino threw ended up on Mars for a game tying home run.
