Cardinals closer Jordan Hicks was lighting up the radar gun against the Mets on Sunday in St. Louis. He closed out the game with a 104 MPH sinker on the corner at the knees.
Just straight gas.

How does anyone come close to hitting this pitch? The late movement is so insane your brain can barely process it.
Imagine standing in the batter’s box to face this. The ball looks like it’s going to outside and then by the time you realize it’s going to be a strike the ball is in the catcher’s mitt.
The Cardinals aren’t going to lose many games if they have the lead after the 8th inning.
