Though there are a myriad of road blocks between Cam Newton and New England, sportsbooks believe he’s still most likely to land with the Patriots.
With 3-to-1 odds (+300), they’re the current favorites to be Newton’s next team on DraftKings. The Steelers are next at 5-to-1 (+500), followed by the Redskins (+700), Cardinals (+800), and Ravens (+800).
At this point it’ll be curious to see if Newton signs anywhere soon. He could wait until the preseason — provided there is one — and wait for an inevitable quarterback injury to pounce.
The 2015 MVP really doesn’t make much sense in New England though.
