Quarterback Cam Newton’s future with the Panthers is very much up in the air. Whether or not he remains in Carolina will heavily depend on the health of his left foot.
Newton, who missed all but two games this season with a Lisfranc injury, had successful surgery on his foot on Monday. On Thursday, Newton shared a picture of himself sitting in a wheelchair outside of an airplane.
The caption gave an update on the surgery and Newton revealed that he had a couple of rough nights after the surgery. Despite the rough nights, he has a positive outlook for the future.
