Derrick Rose returned to Chicago on Wednesday night as a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves. The former Bull scored 24-points in Minnesota’s 119-94 win over his former team.
Rose spent seven years in a Bulls uniform, winning the MVP award in 2011. He’s apparently still a fan favorite.
In the fourth quarter, while shooting free throws, he received “MVP” chants from Bulls fans.
"MVP!"
"MVP!"
"MVP!"
"MVP!"
"MVP!"
"MVP!"
"MVP!"
"MVP!"
"MVP!"

While he’s battled injuries and never been able to replicate his amazing 2011 season, Rose has shown flashes of his 2011 form this season with Minnesota. Is it enough to take home another MVP? Probably not, but it certainly is worthy of MVP chants from his former team.
