Many assume that Tom Brady will wear No.12 in Tampa Bay, as he has for his entire 20 year career. There’s only one problem with that, Buccaneers receiver Chris Godwin currently has the number.
According to Godwin, he plans to keep his number. He said the two briefly talked and the jersey number wasn’t mentioned at all. That sounds like the stance of a guy who will need to be compensated before parting ways with his number.
