Buccaneers defensive tackle Rakeem Nunez-Roches, who also breeds dogs, allegedly left a Cane Corse dog on the side of the road in Florida.
An animal rescue group found the dog, named Jitterbug, on the side of the road and took it to an animal shelter. In addition to being tired and hungry, the dog was missing some teeth.

When contacted by the animal shelter to pickup the dog, Nunez-Roches said he would pick it up on the same day the Bucs had a game in Detroit. He never showed.
The Buccaneers are now investigating the accusations against him.
