Bucks Fined $50k For Publicly Saying They’ll Offer Supermax To Giannis Antetokounmpo

The Milwaukee Bucks have received a $50,000 fine for a violation of league rules governing timing of player contract comments.

Bucks GM Jon Horst recently said publicly that the Bucks will offer Giannis Antetokounmpo a supermax contract.

The Bucks can offer Antetokounmpo a supermax next offseason.  

Antetokounmpo will be a free agent in 2021 if he does not sign the contract extension.
