Bryce Harper returned to Washington on Tuesday night and was welcomed by Nationals fans with boos.  He was also welcomed by Max Scherzer with back-to-back strikeouts in his first two at bats.

The Nationals pitchers weren’t able to keep Harper down for the entire night.  He broke out and finished the game with a single, double and a monster home run.

Harper added an epic bat flip for good measure.  The Phillies won the game 8-2.

If the Nationals don’t drill Harper on Wednesday for the bat flip, then they’re going to lose whatever respect their fan base has left. 

Harper returned to Washington and just dragged his junk all over them.  That can’t go unanswered.
