The Capitals opened the season with a 7-0 beat down of the Bruins. The last goal was celebrated improperly by Caps Lars Eller, this according to Bruins Brad Marchand.
Marchand settled the score by throwing down with Eller and landing a few big shots. He later explained why he decided to throw hands.
“His celebration was unnecessary. He took an angle in front of our bench and celebrated in a 7-0 game. So I just let him know.”
Should Brad Marchand get suspended for this? If so, how many games? 🤔#NHLBruins | #BOSvsWSH | #NHL @FrankDangelo23 pic.twitter.com/yd8NDerbvV

Lars left the ice bleeding from his head. That will show him to celebrate the wrong way.
