Via Akron Beacon Journal:
Browns running back Kareem Hunt won’t be charged with possession of marijuana stemming from a Jan. 21 traffic stop, Rocky River police Lt. George Lichman told the Beacon Journal on Monday.
“We will not be pursuing charges of marijuana possession against Kareem Hunt,” Lichman, the police department’s public information officer, wrote in an email, adding he had spoken to Rocky River Law Director Andrew Bemer earlier Monday about the decision.
In late January, Lichman said no determination had been made about whether Hunt would be charged but added charges were “unlikely.”
The weed isn’t that big of a deal, but the pattern of behavior for Hunt is. He obviously doesn’t get following rules.
