Journeyman quarterback Brian Hoyer is the Patriots starting quarterback right now. According to Ian Rapoport, who said during an appearance on “The Rich Eisen Show” that he believes Hoyer will be New England’s starter in 2020.
Hoyer is on his third stint with the Patriots after signing this offseason. The thought by many is that second year quarterback Jarrett Stidham would be taking over the starting job.
