Many think the Chicago Bears made a mistake last week when they beat the Minnesota Vikings. The win eliminated their divisional rivals from the playoffs, but it also allowed the Philadelphia Eagles and playoff Nick Foles to get back in.
Nobody wants to play the Eagles right now. Former NFL star Brett Favre, who is close friends with head coach Doug Pederson, wouldn’t be surprised if the Eagles went on another Super Bowl run.
In an interview on Thursday with Sirius XM NFL Radio, Favre said at one point in the season he thought the Eagles were done, but they’ve put it together and gone on run and he wouldn’t be surprised if they made a run at the Super Bowl.

Check Favre out making all kinds of sense. When are we going to get him in the booth?
Maybe a bigger question, what do you do if you’re Philadelphia and Nick Foles turns the season around, gets your team into the playoffs, then makes a run at the Super Bowl? I don’t know how you let him walk after that.
Philly’s first test might be their biggest of the playoffs. The Bears have a championship caliber defense and if they’re able to get past them, look out.
