Brandin Cooks Ruled Out With a Concussion After Another Helmet-to-Helmet Hit

Once your concussion button is pushed, it’s really hard to get that button unstuck.  Cooks’ button is definitely stuck. 

He’s knocking himself out making catches, forget about avoiding a concussion when the helmet is involved.
