Kyrie Irving signed a deal with the Nets on Sunday and Torey Krug called out Irving for leaving the Celtics by reminding everyone of what Irving said about the team back in October.
Krug quote-tweeted a post from the Celtics showing Irving saying, “If you guys will have me back, I plan on re-signing here next summer.”
The Bruin added a “furrowed eyebrows wearing a monocle” emoji along with another face emoji, as it is now next summer and Kyrie ended up signing with another team.

I’m pretty sure the Celtics wanted him back, which makes Kyrie Irving look like a big liar.
That’s why the moment he made that statement, he must have been kicking himself. Let’s just say Kyrie will never get a free drink when visiting Boston.
If he ever goes back.
