OB says that Hopkins wanted a raise and the #Texans did not want to do it and felt Arizona was the best deal. OB remains the deal was in the best interest in the team.

It almost sounds like O’Brien is trying to convince himself that he made the right move. He’s definitely not going to convince anyone else that it was.
