Super Bowl 39 forever changed the look of Bill Belichick. According to NBC Sports’ Tom E. Curran, the Patriots head coach was distracted by the sleeves on his hoodie and decided to make a change.
The next season Belichick went into the team’s equipment room and cut the sleeves off of his hoodie. He allegedly then told someone who was there that his arms were too short.
