Hat Trick!
Bengals running back Mark Walton has been arrested for the third time just this offseason after authorities hit him felony charges of carrying a concealed weapon, marijuana possession and reckless driving.
A witness told Local 10 News that Walton hopped his fence while trying to escape from authorities.
“They took off running around the side of the house. They jumped the fence, so I guess they went through the back there somewhere,” Tommy Summeract said.
Upon a search of Walton’s rented BMW, officers found 14 grams of marijuana, a rifle and multiple fully loaded ammunition clips, authorities said.
Walton turned himself in to authorities Thursday on charges of reckless driving, marijuana possession and carrying a concealed weapon.

The arrest is Walton’s third in the last three months, having most recently been charged in February with misdemeanor battery in connection with a fight with a neighbor in his Brickell condominium building. He was arrested in January for marijuana possession.
Those charges are compiled atop misdemeanor marijuana possession and battery charges from two other incidents earlier this year.
With Pacman Jones now a free agent, Walton appears to be picking up the slack.
