The Bengals have been unable to trade Andy Dalton up to this point and are considering keeping as the backup to Joe Burrow.
All of the teams that had been linked to the veteran quarterback have decided to make other deals, including the Bears who ended up trading for Nick Foles.
Dalton is in the last year of his contract and would cost Cincinnati $17.7 million this season.
