The Bengals have the No. 1 overall pick in the upcoming NFL Draft. It’s almost a foregone conclusion that they will draft Heisman Trophy and National Championship winning quarterback Joe Burrow.
That was until it was reported that the Bengals are actually listening to trade offers for the top pick and that there are multiple teams reaching out.
