I guess better late than never. The Australian superstar has lifted the lid for the first time on his relationship with the most influential model on the planet. Not sure what took so long, but he finally has come clean about his love life, not like anyone was wondering who the NBA Rookie of the Year was dating 

Simmons spoke to the Daily Telegraph, and dished all the details of his relationship with Kendall Jenner. 

Simmons told The Daily Telegraph the budding romance “is going great”. “It is one of those things that I don’t like to talk about too much, because it is personal,” he said.The 22-year-old has swapped the intense scrutiny of the sports-mad US media for the legions of paparazzi who follow Jenner’s every move since they started dating in May.

The NBA Rookie of the Year said he had learnt to cope with living under the microscope.“It (the attention) is something that you just get used to,” he said.“I always find a time when I can relax and not have to worry about too much.

”After sitting out his first NBA season through injury, Simmons said he wanted people to respect him for what he does on the court not anywhere else.“I am not a social influencer or a reality TV star. I am a basketball player first … that is how I want people to look at me,” he said.

Simmons needs to focus on his basketball life, and worry less about his love life. He’s becoming that guy. The Kardashian Curse might just extend itself to the Jenner moniker.
