The 39-year-old was unsuccessful in his mixed martial arts debut more than a decade but the sixth degree black belt in American Kempo opted to resume his MMA career under the Bellator banner at Saturday’s event in Birmingham, England, and judging by the evidence, it appears to have been a very wise move indeed.

The knockout has been hailed by some as not only one of the best knockouts of the year, but one of the most memorable in the 25+ years in which mixed martial arts has become a popular sport.
Raymond Daniels, the kickboxing great, just scored an insane KO at Bellator Birmingham. Win comes 11 years after his failed MMA debut in Strikeforce.
