Chicago Bears running back Mike Davis just spent some if his two-year, $6 million contract on his mother.  The 26-year-old bought his mom a new house for Mother’s Day.

Way to cancel the holiday for the rest of us who have no way to buy our mothers a new home.

If you are playing the game for stats and recognition and not moments like this, then you’re playing the game for all the wrong reasons.  This is awesome, this is real.  Stats are great, but being a good son is much better.
