The Cleveland Browns have decided now is the time to start preparing for 2019. On Monday they fired head coach Hue Jackson and offensive coordinator Todd Haley.
According to reports the team was, surprise, highly dysfunctional.

Among those who will not miss Hue Jackson is rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield. Reports are that the two didn’t exactly see eye-to-eye and that Jackson’s relationship with the face of the Browns played a part in him being fired, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport said:
