Cleveland Browns quarterback is taking on all the skeptics, this time he’s going at ESPN Cleveland writer Tony Grossi, over former teammate Kyler Murray.
Grossi and Mayfield have some history.
It goes back to last year when the Browns were going to have the first pick in the draft.
Grossi wasn’t a fan of the Browns taking him.
Apparently Baker doesn’t forget when you talk crap about him, or sleight him in anyway.
He also said he would retire if the Browns drafted me. So does anything he say have truth to it? Couldn’t be more any more wrong. There is no comparison to even be made about Kyler. He’s a winner and if you don’t see that, something is wrong with you.

Grossi replied to Baker’s shot’s fired.
This is so funny. 1. Never said retire. Said ‘I’m done.’ Purposely vague. 2. Said the other guy physically was closer to Johnny (ht & wt) than you. All good. Use it how you want. Happy New Year. https://t.co/S3C3jMuQn7

I love Baker’s fire on and off the internet.
This guy doesn’t back down, and he constantly lives with a chip on his shoulder.
One day he’ll bring the Browns a Championship, which should permanently silence all the haters.
Until then, he’ll keep barking back at all the critics.
