A lot of details have come out since Patriots owner Robert Kraft was caught up in a sex trafficking sting at a Florida spa and has been charged with solicitation of prostitution. One detail is the existence of a video that shows the 77-year-old engaged in illegal sex acts with a massage parlor employee.
The video was said to be released as early as this week. That was before an attorney got involved. His name is Richard Kibbey and despite not representing Kraft, has filed a motion to block the release of the video.
Law enforcement officials said the video that led to Kraft’s arrest could be released as early as this week, but ESPN’s TJ Quinn reports that an attorney has filed a motion to block that. His argument is that the police never should have been able to get a warrant for video surveillance, because it’s a human trafficking case and the Johns aren’t being charged with trafficking.
The latest on Kraft: looks like if the video evidence is released, it won't be soon. Law enforcement originally said it could be as early as this week, but a defense attorney filed a motion to block it, putting everything on hold. There will likely be a hearing to decide. 1

I have some mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, I get what the attorney is saying, but on the other, we all want to see it.
I mean, we don’t necessarily want to see an elderly man pay a woman at a massage parlor for sex, but there aren’t many who will be able to turn away.
