On his way back to the A’s dugout after hitting a lead off home run, Ramon Laureano received a fist-bump from none other than Rickey Henderson himself. That’s was his first leadoff homerun of the season.
In a few years, when the @Athletics' Ramon Laureano passes Rickey Henderson with 82 career leadoff homers, he'll look back to Friday night as that moment it ALL began. via @Cut4: https://t.co/9pkcARxwsG pic.twitter.com/RhzOagHBJD

Rickey knows a thing or two about lead off home runs. He holds the record for most home runs to lead off a game, with 81.
No chance Ramon will ever even come close to that near untouchable record, but you have to start with one.
Newly inducted A's Hall of Famer Rickey Henderson greets everyone, "What a day, what a day. I’m proud to be the youngest of all of them."
