Ten practices in and Antonio Brown has participated in one pre-practice walkthrough, on July 28, and was limited before leaving early on July 30 due to extreme frostbite on his feet after burning them in a cryotherapy machine in France before camp began. For the sixth practice in a row, though, he was nowhere to be seen during practice on Wednesday and ESPN has learned that Brown has not been in contact with the team. Raiders coach Jon Gruden said Tuesday that Brown was “gathering” information about his injury.
Brown hasn’t even taken the field for the Raiders yet and there’s already a major problem. The injury is one thing, the lack of communication is a big red flag.
