Pelicans head coach Alvin Gentry is a happy man after the trade with the Lakers.  New Orleans landed a ton of young talent and draft picks in exchange for Anthony Davis.

Gentry was asked about the deal on Saturday and brilliantly trolled the departed Davis while praising the deal, which setup the franchise nicely.

“That’s a haul folks.”

The troll job was a clear reference to the “That’s All Folks” Looney Tunes shirt Davis wore after requesting a trade last season.

Gentry has a lot to be excited about.  Not only did they land a ton of talent and picks, they drafted Zion Williamson.
