Aldon Smith hasn’t played in the NFL in four years, drugs and alcohol derailed his once promising career. At 30, he’s getting another shot at a career in the NFL with the Cowboys, who signed him to a one-year deal.
On Thursday, Smith did an interview with NFL Insider Jay Glazer, who has been recently training with him. He talked about hitting rock bottom and what that was like.
According to Smith, rock bottom came in 2018 when he was sleeping under a car despite having a home to sleep in.
