The Atlanta Falcons officially unveiled a bold and ultra-modern new set of uniforms on Wednesday, hours after they leaked online.
The red-to-black jersey is the first in NFL history to feature a gradient.
It’s a look reminiscent of Texas Tech’s alternate uniforms from 2014.

The new uniforms feature an oversized “ATL” wordmark on the front of the home, road, and alternate jerseys. Also included in the set is a black throwback uniform.
The Falcons’ logo remains unchanged, but the helmet now has a matte black finish and a chrome silver facemask.
The Buccaneers were widely praised on Tuesday after unveiling new uniforms their Super Bowl-era look heavily influenced. Their NFC South rivals in Atlanta are doing anything but returning to tradition.
