The injury bug bites the Yankees again. In the bottom of the 6th inning of New York’s 9-2 win over the Royals, Aaron Judge left the game after injuring himself on a swing.
Judge appeared to injure his left side on the swing and had a hard time making it to first base before being removed from the game. He knows he’s likely headed for the DL and was heard in the dugout dropping an F bomb.

Judge joins a long list of Yankees who are battling injuries.

The fact that the Yankees are only four games back from the top spot in the American League East is impressive given the amount of talent not in the lineup. It won’t be easy to maintain that if Judge is out of the lineup for an extended amount of time.
