The Yankees won Tuesday night’s extra inning game in Minnesota in large part to Aaron Hicks. He made a diving catch with two outs in the bottom of the 10th inning and the bases loaded to end the game.
The Yankees centerfielder also homered in the top of the 9th with Yankees down to their final out to put them up. One way or another he was going to play hero.
