It’s been almost two weeks since Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna, and seven others died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California.
The public has informally mourned the death of the Lakers legend outside of the Staples Center ever since.
A date has now been set for a formal public memorial service, which will be hosted by Los Angeles at the Staples Center.
